Oatmeal (I freshly mill my Colloidal Oatmeal from Organic Steal Cut Oats.

Goat Milk - I use 100% Locally Sourced Fresh Raw Goat Milk (NO water).

Goat milk Benefits it has alpha-hydroxy acids that are known to work as a very gentle. 
Skin-Renewing Exfoliator, revealing fresh new skin. It has been considered a wonderfully healing and nourishing option for your skin and many boast it relieves dryness and skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis.
We cannot recommend you use it to treat a condition.

Honey (I use Organic Raw Honey) rich in antioxidants. acts as an emollient. to smooth and soften skin. Its hydrating, moisturizing and helps keep moisture locked in the skin and may give your skin a boost of elasticity and a natural healthy glow.
